2. Nature of Social Gaming & Virtual Currencies

Sportzino is a social entertainment and sweepstakes platform. It is NOT a real-money gambling site. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to participate in any sweepstakes game or sports prediction:

• Gold Coins (GC): Virtual tokens created exclusively for entertainment. Gold Coins have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and cannot be transferred or sold under any conditions.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): Promotional tokens provided free of charge through daily logins, promotional giveaways, mail-in requests, or as complimentary gifts with Gold Coin bundles. Sweeps Coins won through eligible gameplay can be redeemed for real cash prizes or digital gift cards subject to playthrough rules.

3. Account Verification & KYC Documentation

Prior to fulfilling any redemption requests, Sportzino requires mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Players must furnish:

• Clear copies of valid government-issued photographic identification (Driver's License or Passport).
• Proof of residency issued within the preceding 90 calendar days (utility bill, bank statement, or residential lease).
• Proof of account ownership for the designated ACH bank routing account matching the registered player's legal name.

4. Prize Redemptions & Playthrough Requirements

All Sweeps Coins obtained as complimentary bonuses must be wagered at least once (1x playthrough) in eligible games or sports predictions before becoming redeemable. Standard minimum redemption thresholds apply:

• Digital Gift Cards: Minimum redemption starts at 50 eligible Sweeps Coins (value: $50 USD).
• Direct ACH Bank Wire: Minimum redemption starts at 100 eligible Sweeps Coins (value: $100 USD).
• Redemption requests exceeding $10,000 in daily value may require additional identity clearance and multi-stage payouts in accordance with state guidelines (such as in New York and Florida).

5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

Sportzino retains the absolute authority to suspend, freeze, or terminate accounts engaging in:

• Using automated bot programs, scrapers, exploit scripts, or artificial intelligence betting algorithms.
• Collusive betting tactics or exploiting software anomalies/glitches.
• Providing fraudulent identity papers or using unauthorized third-party payment instruments.

6. Governing Law & Mandatory Arbitration

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of Sportzino shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, with participants waiving any right to participate in class actions.
